Payment
A deposit of 25% (non refundable) is  required to arrange a    commission with the full balance due upon approval of the         finished painting which you will be able to view via email.  Once approved your painting will then be framed and available for       collection/despatch.
Payment for Paintings from this website and Photography is      required in full at time of order .
Payments can be made via Pay Pal, Credit Card, Cheque or Cash on Collection.

Delivery
For commissioned work will be discussed when the order is placed.  It is always best to order well in advance if the painting is required for a particular date. Please note that these may vary slightly depending on the nature of the commission.

Photography
If you are providing your own photographs, please send a clear close up picture of the subject/face, the pose/view required plus a few others for reference, for multiple subjects please photograph the subjects together for size comparison. We can arrange to take the photographs for you and depending on distance, there may be a small fee.

Framing
All paintings include a  mount and standard frame  please discuss individual requirements with the Artist

Satisfaction Guarantee
A true likeness of the subject is guaranteed.
Should any adjustments be required, the client must advise The Artist of this within 48 hours of taking delivery.

Copyright
Publishing and reproduction/printing rights for all artwork  remain with The Artist and paintings/artwork must not be copied,           reproduced or published in any form without her express written permission.
The same applies for all photographs taken by The Artist and the client agrees that commissioned images and photographs may be used by The Artist or Bushloe Art Society for promotional         purposes, prints for sale, or any other purpose.

Source Material /Photographs
It is the client's responsibility to obtain permission from the     copyright holder of source material (for example event             photographer) and provide proof of this if required when ordering.
